Lineation:

Segmentation of rough stone includes: wedge cutting and saw cutting

Molding:
After sawing and wedge the stone need to been grinded, making the selvedge more mellow or shape it in different crystal form.
Polishing:
This is making the diamond to be octahedron or several bedding faces, which is also the final step to get diamond much enticing luster.
While, not all rough diamonds need to make these full five steps. The way to cut depends much on the nature character of the stone and the need of customer.
